Jennifer Lopez, Casper Smart break up — and it might be for the first time

It appears Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart are over as a couple — but there are no hard feelings. And this might be the first time they’ve broken up.

"It wasn't anything dramatic and they were on good terms — it just came to a natural end," a source told People on Wednesday. "They will remain friends and they see each other, but they are not together.”

A rep for Lopez declined to comment, and Smart’s rep didn’t respond immediately to an inquiry from the Los Angeles Times.

The “amiable” split happened weeks ago, the outlet said. The two were photographed together in New York on July 9 at a celebration of Lin-Manuel Miranda's final "Hamilton" performance. Smart hung out with her in Vegas a week later at one of her shows. Then again, so did her ex-husband Marc Anthony

Anthony has since remarried, getting married with Shannon De Lima in 2014, while Lopez is back on with her artist sweetheart, Casper Brilliant. It appears she settled on the right decision, as Lopez, who has dated an assortment of artists, performers and on-screen characters like herself, keeps up that artists are better in bed. As she told W, "Performers are excessively self-consumed. They are excessively worried with themselves, making it impossible to be incredible in bed."


Also, however she's been through three relational unions, Lopez keeps up that despite everything she ponders marriage and developing old with somebody.
